MBSR & MBCT-L Teacher Trainer,
Director of Korea Center For Mindfulness (KCFM)
Heyoung Ahn received his Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) from Teachers College, Columbia University. He has served as a Fulbright Visiting Professor and currently serves as Chair Professor at Seoul Cyber University as well as Director of the Korea Center for Mindfulness (KCFM). He is a Teacher Trainer in both MBSR and MBCT-L, having completed his training through the Center for Mindfulness at the University of Massachusetts and the Oxford Mindfulness Foundation. Dr. Ahn also serves as Managing Director of the Global Mindfulness Collaborative (GMC) and is the Founding President of the Korea Mind-Body Healing Association (KMBHA). He offers MBSR and MBCT-L courses, teacher trainings, and retreats at the KCFM. Through this work, he contributes to the development and dissemination of mindfulness-based interventions both in Korea and internationally.
